FCA12+8 Adapter Cable is specifically designed to bypass Chrysler’s Security Gateway Module (SGM) for Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Fiat vehicles produced after 2018. Without this it is not possible to do advanced diagnostics without a subscription to Auto Auth or the relevant local authorities.

  • First unplug the 12pin and 8pin connectors of the SGW module.
  • Second connect the 12+8 cable to match the 12pin and 8pin to the SGW
  • And then connect to the diagnostic machine OBDII VCI or cable with the FCA cable female OBDII
